Yes, this website was built by a development team working with Artificial Intelligence. And no, it is probably not what you are thinking.
It is not a WordPress site with a Themeforest theme. It is not a template you will find across hundreds of other sites with a different logo slapped on. Every pixel, every design decision, every line of code on this site was thought through, discussed, and built specifically for RMV Software. The AI was the tool. The judgement was ours.
Human product owner, AI-assisted execution
The methodology was clear from the outset. Fran, our CEO, acted as product owner throughout: defining the direction, deciding what each page needed to communicate, which design choices made sense for the brand, what to discard even when it worked technically. The development team translated that vision into code, with Claude Code — Anthropic’s development environment — as the technical co-pilot.
This was not “tell the AI what you want and pick up the result.” It was a proper methodology: define context and constraints, establish an architecture before writing a single line, iterate with judgement, review and approve each deliverable. Exactly as you would run any well-managed software project. The difference is that the developer executing it is an AI.
The technical detail, for those who like it
The team configured Claude with the project’s full context from day one: design system, architectural decisions, technical constraints, brand identity. Work did not happen in isolated sessions with no memory — we built an agent with persistent context and structured documentation, so each session picked up exactly where the last one left off.
The technical result is a fully custom WordPress theme: a modular CSS architecture in six layers, a bespoke design system with custom properties, independent PHP templates for each page type, animated SVG diagrams created specifically for this project, and a Dockerised development environment with end-to-end workflow automation.
None of this exists in any off-the-shelf WordPress theme.

Three sessions. Three working days.
This is where the numbers say more than any argument could. The entire project — from the visual system design through to the SEO configuration, including all pages, the bilingual system, and the development infrastructure — was completed in roughly three working sessions spread across three days.

Doing this the traditional way — with a development team building a custom theme of this standard from scratch — would easily have taken a couple of months and a team of four or five people working part-time: a designer, a front-end developer, a WordPress developer, someone handling layout, and someone coordinating. That is before factoring in client alignment and design iteration rounds.
This is not an exaggeration. It is what good work costs when done conventionally.
What changes, and what does not?
What changes: the time, the cost, and the ability to iterate quickly without sacrificing technical quality.
What does not change: someone still has to know what they want. Someone still has to make product decisions, understand the client, reject what does not fit even when it technically works. AI has no judgement of its own — what it has is the ability to execute yours with a speed and consistency that was simply not possible before.
If you have a project where that matters, we would be glad to hear about it.
